Greene County deputy auditor for elections Billie Jo Hoskins will speak at the Community Conversation Thursday, May 5, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Jefferson.
Hoskins will discuss the requirements of an election; the difference between primary and general elections; the cost and preparation for an election; voter qualifications; election security; the process of voting; and how elections are closed.
Fellowship and snacks will start at 5 pm, with Hoskins’ presentation at 5:30. All are welcome; there is no charge to attend.
